This is my weight-loss-motivation blog! I'm determined to lose all this weight and create a whole new me!

Well,so much for my healthy start to the week. I forgot I was making chocolate and marshmellow cakes for my exam today and although I fed the majority of it to my family,friends and teachers I still ate so much that I now feel sick. Crap. New start tomorrow though,eh?

Health is an overall approach. Its not just how many calories we eat or how much exercise we do. Its how we feel about ourselves, our bodies and our own happiness. Mental health and quality of life are just as imporant as being a healthy weight

Last night, I binged and now I feel awful.

Last night I ate more jelly tots and smarties than I thought were humanly possible to consume. I ate this alongside my dinner and now I feel awful. I consumed more calories than I have done in ages and I’m so irritated and disapointed in myself. But today is a new day,right? And I’m just gonna work my arse off and burn as many extra calories as I can to make up for what I did.
